Length of Service

Client agrees to an initial twelve (12) months non-refundable contractual term of service.

Service date starts

Hosting fees and any other services purchased will be due in advance of any service provided.  Service shall begin upon Web N Tech receipt of payment.

Renewal by Client

Clients will receive a renewal notice sixty (60) days prior to current contract expiring.  Client must pay for another twelve (12) months of hosting services, thirty (30) days prior to current contract expiring.  If Client purchases service AFTER previous contract expires there is no guarantee that your domain name will be available.

Cancel Services

If Client decides to cancel service, Client must notify Web N Tech in a written form.  No Refund will be given.

Age

Client certifies that he or she is Eighteen (18) years of age or order to enter into this agreement.

Terminated Services

If any ILLEGAL activity is happening on your website, Web N Tech has all rights to TERMINATE services IMMEDIATELY and NO REFUND will be given.
